Every Monday: Attend a vigil hosted by Racial Justice Coalition and Keep Bellingham Families Working. A vigil will be held from 11:30a.m.-1:30p.m. in front of the Whatcom County Courthouse . Support undocumented and immigrant families to live in safety and dignity in our community. Bring your friends and co-workers!

Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018 from 10:00-11:45a.m.: Women Marching for Unity, Equity, Justice, and Humanity in Bellingham. The march will begin at Bellingham City Hall, 210 Lottie St., Bellingham, WA 98225. Visit Facebook for more information.

Saturday-Sunday, Jan. 20-21, 2018 from 10:00a.m.–1:00p.m.: Power to the Polls: Anniversary of the Womxn’s March on Seattle at Westlake Park, 401 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101. Womxn Act on Seattle will include a series of trainings, lectures, panels, film screenings, food drives and more. The March to the Polls is the starting point for one of the state’s largest single-day regional voter registration efforts and will target districts with low-registration numbers to engage impacted communities. Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018 from 9:00-5:00p.m.: Join the PNW People’s Movement Assembly (PMA) at Bellingham High School, 2020 Cornwall Ave., Bellingham, WA 98225. We invite community members in Whatcom and Skagit Counties to join us in an analysis of actions and commitments from our PMA held in January of 2017. Monday, Jan. 22, 2018 from noon-6:00p.m.: 40th LD Legislative Day Trip to the Washington State Capitol Building, 416 Sid Snyder Ave SW, Olympia, WA 98504. Transportation will be provided from Mount Vernon to Olympia. The carpools will depart at 8:30 a.m. and wrap-up by 4:00p.m. An optional no-host dinner will be heldat 5:30p.m. A suggested donation of $10 is encouraged, but no one will be turned away. Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018 from 5:30–8:00p.m.: Celebrate the 45th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade with Broad Comedy, a national touring musical comedy and sketch troupe, hosted by Mt. Baker Planned Parenthood. The event will be held at Four Points by Sheraton, 714 Lakeway Dr., Bellingham, WA 98229. General Admission tickets are $75 per person and front-row tickets are $100 per person.
